Client: Roland DGA Corporation, Japan
Roland DGA Corp. Japan is known for its innovative print solutions across a wide range of industries. For the global product launch of the SG3 printer/cutter, the Roland DGA Creative Team led the branding and visual direction on behalf of Roland DG Japan. The campaign highlighted the SG3 as a streamlined, high-performance solution built for large brands and retail environments capable of producing bold, high-quality graphics for physical spaces such as storefronts, events, and promotional displays.
Working with the creative team, I developed a co-operative outdoor recreation brand called Prismos, dedicated to providing high-quality camping and outdoor gear which became the visual identity for the TrueVIS SG3 printer. Inspired by brands like REI and Outside Lands, I collaborated on incorporating geometric illustrations with vibrant colors that showcased the versatility and CMYK spectrum of the SG3 printer/cutter. I contributed to the art direction and executed the idea from start to finish demonstrating the real-life applications that the SG3 could produce.
